• Why do you say the Beabloo system is interactive?
  The system can show information on the screen of the business and can also reach the mobiles of clients free of charge. An application which is distributed by Internet or via a simple Bluetooth message, lets you connect to the business and download videos of the products, photos, descriptions… and even lets clients from the shop or public space leave their opinion on the experience in the place or download discounts. • What is the Beabloo Channel?
  The Beabloo Channel is created by Beabloo clients and advertisers themselves. With very simple tools, each business, company or institution can publish new content on their screen, thus feeding the Beabloo channel with the information their audience wants. What’s more, the business, company or institution can contract informative advertising space on the channel and make their messages go further than the installations, reaching other areas of the city, country or world.

Beabloo System

• What type of screen will I have?
  Beabloo is compatible with any type of screen, even those which might already be installed. The one which Beabloo usually installs is the 32″ Samsung, a professional monitor which offers the best performance.
• Where should I put my screen?
  At Beabloo we analyse the location of the screen depending on each space, benefiting to the maximum from the communication capacities offered by your establishment.
• What type of Internet connection do I need? Do I sign up for it beforehand?
  The Beabloo equipment needs a broadband (ADSL) Internet connection and can use the one already in your establishment without any problem. If you don’t have internet, you can get it from any operator or ask us and we’ll recommend one.
• What will appear on my screen?
  The Beabloo channel will offer on your screen a mix between your own contents (photos, videos, promotions,..), some general information of interest (the weather, news,…) and advertising from your own providers or businesses which aren’t competition.
• What type of content can I publish on my screen?
  The Beabloo system accepts all types of content (videos, images, text,…) and reads all types of content suggested by you from the Internet.
• How many messages can I insert?
  You can insert as many messages as you want and the system will distribute them on the screen with time segments so all of them will be seen equally.
• Will my content only appear on the screen or on other means?
  Each one of your message channels are available, if you wish, on your own screen, on your clients’ mobiles and on the public website offered by us.
• How can I see my webpage free of charge?
  When we create your account we will assign you a domain name strictly for you along with the name of your city, for example: ladyloquita.barcelona.beabloo.com
• How can I modify the published content?
  We will assign a username and password so that from any place in the world you can connect to your Beabloo system and update the information you offer with a simple Internet tool.

Interactivity with the screen

• How do I interact with the screen?
  Anybody with a mobile telephone with Bluetooth or Internet connection can interact with your business and download your videos, photos and anything you want to them to share with their friends, so you you can increase the viral value of the proximity marketing you are doing.
• What does my mobile need to interact?
  All it needs is Bluetooth and to be from Nokia, Sony Ericsson, Samsung, LG,… among many others. Or even Internet connect.
• What is Beabloo Places?
  It is an application your clients install on their telephone free of charge to interact with the screen, download content, give their opinion,…
• Where can I get Beabloo Explorer and how do I install it on my mobile?
  You can download it from this website or it will be offered to you in from any Beabloo screen in the city.
• What can I do with Beabloo Places?
  You can discover what’s available from the business at your own rhythm on your own mobile, you can download content, you can give your opinion. You can also use the interactive guide to search for earby services in your neighbourhood and upload a photo of your experience at the business.
• How do I install a new version of Beabloo Places.
  Each time we develop a new version of Beabloo City Explorer you will receive a download notification on your telephone, with a simple click you will be up to date with the latest.

Beabloo Network

• What is the Beabloo Network?
  Each business, company or institution in a city which is connected to Beabloo is a world within itself, but each one of them is also a node of the network which lets them get closer to the citizens. For example, in the same way that a big shopping centre continuously updates us on the presence of its wide retail offer, the Beabloo screens give their audience an idea of the wealth of retail services in the zones they normally move around.
• Where is it in use?
  Beabloo is already present in Barcelona, Madrid, Manresa, Hospitalet, Valencia, Sevilla, a network of Shell petrol stations and has successfully started its international expansion process in the UK, Lebanon, Dubai, Colombia…
• Can I see a map of the businesses from the Beabloo Network?

• How can I be found if I belong to the Beabloo Network?
  If you belong to the Beabloo network you are present at various points. Your potential clients see you when they pass your shopfront, they see you when they pass by other businesses in the city and see your advertising, they see you when they are searching on the Internet and find your Beabloo site on the internet and they see you on their mobile telephones when they are near your space or when they look in the Beabloo city guide for businesses or services like yours.
• How do I find a business which belongs to the Beabloo Network?
  Just by searching from the Beabloo Places application on your mobile, or on Google by its name, you will find the Beabloo web space of the business with the relevant information.

How to sign up and costs

• What do I need to get a Beabloo system?
  To get Beabloo all you need is Internet connection, and if you don’t have it we will take care of getting it for you. s
• Do I have to buy the screen?
  The Beabloo system uses an intelligent PC with the interactive system and a screen. We can provide you with the screen or use one you already have.
• Can I manage more than one screen?
  The Beabloo PC can show the same information on many screens at the same time with the help of signal duplicators.
• How and where is the installation done? Who does it?
  The instalation is performed by professional services who will leave everything perfectly set up. Depending on the dimensions of your business space and the customer flows, we will recommend one location or another.
• How much does my Beabloo system cost?
  Beabloo is very accesible, you can have a Beabloo PC for 550€ with all the functions, including the website, interaction by mobile, audience metrics, recommendations and advertising profits. If you don’t have a screen or you want one especially for Beabloo, for 450€ we will offer you a Samsung 320MX or its equivalent, a professional screen with high luminosity at the height of your establishment.
• Can I pay for my Beabloo system in installments?
  The Beabloo technology is from the latest generation and is can be paid for in installments through the Avanza Plan for SMEs. A Beabloo PC will cost you less than €6/month
• If I recommend the system to a friend will I get a discount?
  If you recommend the system to a friend and they buy the system, we will offer some free advertising space on the compatible screens of your choice.
• How much does it cost to cancel my subscription to the service?
  Cancelling your subscription is free of charge, all you have to do is notify us one month before.
• If I want to cancel my subscription what do I have to do?
  Contact us by telephone, contact your sales representative or send us an e-mail to info@beabloo.com indicating your address, the name of your business and the reason for your cancellation.

Advertising on your Beabloo system

• How much can I earn from advertising on my screen?
  Advertising revenues are variable and depend on your location, the type of audience of your establishment and the number of screens in the circuit. A Beabloo screen with a medium-low occupation can generate from €40 to €120 per month.
• What type of advertising will appear?
  The types of advertising you authorise will appear. In the case that it is a business, commonly they will be from your own providers, banking entities proposing payment methods for your products or other businesses in the neighbourhood which are compatible with your products (e.g. If you have a clothing shop, hair salons will be advertised). In the case of a company, its clients, providers, compatible brands, etc… In the case of an institution, institutional advertising, and general advertising from shops and brands.
• Can I control when my advertising appears?
  The advertising is distributed in time segments agreed on in the contract and according to the interests of the business owner.
• Can I advertise my shop on other screens from the Beabloo Network?
  Of course, and it makes sense for you to do so. People will see your products and promotions when they go through the city and they will recognise you, which will complement the marketing value of your Beabloo channel. Your clients and potential clients will see you when they pass by your establishment, on your Beabloo website or on their mobiles and when they go through the city to remind them where you are.

Advertisers

• I want my business to appear on the Beabloo Channel. What do I have to do?
  Very simple, write to us at info@beabloo.com or call us by phone at 935-182-207 and leave it in our hands. To advertise on Beabloo all you need to do is know what you want to say and we’ll help you with the rest. If your advertisement is ready to go, in less than 24 hours you will be seen across the whole city.
• How and when will my advertising appear on your Channel?
  The advertising on the Beabloo channel appears on the screens you select and in the number of appearances you contract. If you want to appear in 20 shops in your surroundings at an average of once every 30 minutes, or you want to appear once every 10 minutes, all you need to do is tell us and our advertising server will take care of everything.
• How much does it cost to hire advertising space on the Beabloo Channel?
  It is a low cost channel with competitive rates. As affordable as 1 € per day, with 3000 impressions of your ad per month. Contact the franchisee or advertising manager in your area who will inform you of all the available possibilities.
• How many people will my advertising reach?
  The Beabloo screens have an average audience of 4 people per pass, so an average campaign of 60€/month with a creativity of 10” will let your advertisement reach more than 60,000 people.
• Is point of sale advertising as effective as it is said to be?
  This form of advertising is effective in terms of how it brings an attractive message to people who are interested in it. Advertising your establishment on the network of nearby businesses reaches your potential clients when they are close to you, also if your message is attractive and offers discounts, promotions, presents products… so it will be a highly effective form of advertising. Official reports have certified that 73% of purchase decisions are made on the street and that advertising messages on the street has three times higher retention that advertising messages on means such as television or radio. For those brands, advertising at the point of sale is done at the exact location where the message is transformed into a shopping experience.
